One-Year Limited Warranty

IonBottles Corporation ("IonBottles") warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the battery, production of hydrogen, and any leaking from the device.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting directly or indirectly from the following:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, or modifications of the product.
  • Accidents or acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, water, storms, and earthquakes.
  • Loss or theft of the product.

Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any damage to the product resulting from unauthorized service or repair, nor does it cover any damage to a product that has been used in a manner contrary to the product’s intended purpose or contrary to the instructions provided by IonBottles.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the address specified by IonBottles. You must accompany the product with your name, address, phone number, email, and proof of the original purchase date.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, IONBOTTLES MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IONBOTTLES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
